Order something through an online web store and you are not at home?

  • You don't have to wait for the package deliverer and you can pick up the package when it suits you.
  • Return your package? That is also possible when it suits you.
  • Save the environment because the package deliverer does not have to offer the package every time.

Always bring a proof of identity, pick-up card and / or pickup code when you pick up a package!

Check your track and trace code, read the message (paper or mail) from the deliverer and check the status of your package.
Unfortunately, we cannot help you (by telephone) with the search for your package.

Packages are ready for collection within 7 working days. If packages are not collected within this period, they must be returned to the sender.
The equipment of the parcel service indicates when a package has to be returned, we cannot hold packages.

Which returns do we accept:

  • DHL for you (DHL Parcel)
  • UPS
  • GLS
  • DPD

Pay attention! You ensure that the package is properly closed.
You must also take care of the return labels on the package, we must print and / or register this costs € 1.00 per package.
If you have to pay for the return shipment, we ask you to pay this in cash, with debit cards we have to charge extra transaction costs (€ 0.25).

With which parcel services we send your parcels:

  • DHL Business (Europlus). Make your own label, if have to label it we need 4 parcels before the driver comes to pick them up, otherwise it's €5,- for the driver.
  • DHL for you (Parcel)
  • GLS

    You are responsible for the proper delivery of the package, so sealing, size, weight, addressing etc.
    Shipping is done at your own risk, you will not receive a refund of shipping costs if the package is returned or refused by the parcel service.

In addition, we offer an API that can be used with the most used webshops in order to be able to make a direct link to the webshop, which makes shipping even faster and easier. This is very useful for webshops and shops that send multiple packages.
